About Our process

  • Individual sessions generally last about 45 minutes. An initial intake session (different from a consultation) is the first and longest meeting, which may last 60 minutes or longer. During this first session, the discussion is focused around what goal(s) the client wants to achieve and in what timeframe. We will also discuss logistics of sessions (contract agreement, boundaries, and confidentiality, etc.). We will then create a plan together to execute these goals and begin working towards them. Then, any session after the initial intake meeting, time will be used to review what the client accomplished in between sessions, discuss any obstacles faced, and update the plan accordingly if the client wishes to do so.

  • In order to see if Ceiling Braykers Coaching would be a good fit for your, we offer a FREE 20-minute consultation session. It is extremely important for coaches and clients to have a healthy and honest working relationship. This allows us to create a safe space for open and direct conversations that help keep the client's goals and ideas at the forefront of each session.

    As part of this session, the client will discuss their overall goals, the type of support needed, and why they are interested in coaching. The coach will also discuss the process so all expectations are clearly communicated.

    Pricing is based on sessions that last typically 45 minutes. Initial intake sessions may take longer but will be priced the same as one session.

    Prepaid Plans:

    1 Session: $90.00 (no discount)

    6 Sessions: $486.00 (10% discount)

    10 Sessions: $765.00 (15% discount)

    Payment Per Session:

    $100.00 (regardless of number of sessions)

    *Payment MUST be made on each scheduled session date

    METHOD OF PAYMENT:

    We accept VENMO or PayPal. If clients choose to prepay for their sessions, additional discounts will be offered as listed above. and payment must be received 48 hours prior to the first session. Otherwise, all payments must be made within 1 hour of completion of the scheduled coaching session.
